At Katha, every piece is hand-painted with care and shipped with love.

Shipping

• Within India: Flat fee ₹99. Dispatched in 1–2 days; delivery in 5–7 business days.
• International: Order via WhatsApp. Customs/VAT to be borne by customer.
• Express Shipping: Same day delivery available within Hyderabad via WhatsApp chat only (delivery charges – extra).

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number on WhatsApp within 48 hours of dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

• Request within 2 days of delivery applicable only for the damaged/incorrect items received.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact.
• Sale items are non-returnable & non-refundable.
• For shipping damage: share a clear unboxing video + photos within 48 hours.

Refunds

• Processed after quality check within 2–3 business days.
• Sale items not eligible.
• Verified defective/damaged products refunded or credited.

Notes

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.
• If a shipment is returned due to wrong/incomplete address → re-shipping charges apply.
