Return Policy
- Return & exchange request must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Product must be in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Items without the original tags will not be accepted
- Items must be unused & unwashed for hygiene reasons
- Products brought under sale are non-refundable
- In the event of a replacement, and subject to stock availability, the item shall be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery is ordinarily expected within 5–7 working days thereafter through our designated shipping partner; however, YoursKatha shall not be held liable for any delays arising due to courier service disruptions, unforeseen circumstances, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
Due to Shipping Damage or Loss
We pack all our orders with great care. However, in rare cases of damage during transit:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share the following:
- A clear unboxing video
- Photographs of the damaged packaging or product.
We will support you fully and work toward a fair resolution.

Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued once the product is picked and passes Yours Katha’s quality check
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 2-3 working days
- Products bought under sale are non-refundable
- Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be issued after verification by our team.
- Concerns must be raised within 48hours of receiving the order
- In exceptional cases a credit points will be issue
